Our story
It started with a single Cairo stockyard. It became a region's supply chain.
The story began in 1962 with Sami Ahmad El Biali Co., a Cairo trading house supplying pipe and fittings to a country in the middle of an industrial awakening. Six decades on, that single business has grown into a vertically integrated group of eight companies spanning manufacturing, fluid control, firefighting and petroleum services.
Hydro Arabia is the group's commercial spearhead — the partner contractors, consultants and developers deal with when they need certified materials delivered on time and installed to standard. Behind it stands the manufacturing capacity, the global agencies and the regional footprint built patiently over sixty years.
We bring the same uncompromising standard to a gas project in Qatar as we do to a landmark tower in Egypt. Different scales, one promise: the system performs.
